CPanel Construction Page

We are using WordPress to build a website. We’re operating under CPanel we have a construction page up. Our problem is that we need to take the construction page down and have it pointed to our wordpress so we can see our theme options. Just wondering where we should start. Any help is much appreciated and Thank you very much!!
