CPT-onomies taxonomies export issue

Hi,
I’m using this brilliant plugin to attach a specific custom post type as a custom (multi) taxonomy to products of a Woocommerce-based cart (site is https://www.pensiero.it). The problem is that when I try to export product’s data (using WP All Export), including those CPTs, related column in exported file is empty. So, CPT-onomies didn’t correctly get exported. Any suggestion? Thank you.
