CPT redirecting to similar CPTs

Hi,

So my website is a custom home builder and I have a home collection on my website called The Woodlands, which is on it’s own custom post type called home_collections, but I also have a subdivision, unrelated to the home collection, called The Woodlands, but I think WordPress or the theme or plugin is confused and is re-directing it. How do I prevent it from redirecting? They’re two separate pages, so I’m not sure what’s going on.

https://www.envisionhomeatlast.com/home_collections/the-woodlands/
