    Hi,

I have been using “Advanced Product Fields for WooCommerce” Version 1.3.7 ( free version) for one year. At these days, when I click the product category which I used the Product Fields for my products on my site, CPU is jumping to %90-99 area. My hosting is semi-dedicated 2 CPU and 2 GB memory. ( hawkhost)

So , when I realized this, I deactivated the plugin and CPU level decreases to %0 – %10 area. and I followed it an hour to make certain the situation. It seems this plugin increase CPU

Do you aware of this problem and working on it?

I like your product but it effects our business. If you don’t have a plan to fix it, I have to remove it from our web site.

Could you answer this message please?

    Kind regards
    Martin

    Hi @angeluesx

If you go to WooCommerce > Product Fields, how many items do you see there?

    No,

When you click individual product page, CPU doesn’t change.

I’m not seeing anything out of the ordinary on that page and it seems equally fast than some other pages.

It’s hard to investigate this as I don’t have access to the server etc. Can you host run some diagnostics to see what is slow?

    Hi,

I don’t know much about hosting diagnostics. Thank you for your support.

I will continue to watch CPU level. If I found something, I’ll write again

    Kind regards
