CPU Usage at 0%

Hi, the reason the cpu usage is showing like this is because shell_exec() is disabled in your server. Please enable php shell_exec() function and you will see the proper value of your server uptime and cpu load.

Also thanks a lot for reporting this, I will put a check in the code.

Coming to the memory usage: if you refresh the page, dies it still shows that same 0% memory usage?

Hi can you try out the “Development Version” of the script from here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-server-stats/developers/

Click on the development version and then send me a screenshot if it still shows you the 0% memory usage.

If you do not co-operate it will become very hard to fix these minor bugs as I don’t have access to your server.

You haven’t tried the latest development version, try the current one. It will show you “Real Time Memory Usage”, instead of just “Memory Usage”.

Are you using v1.1.8?

In that case I will highly recommend you to send me a temp admin login of your WP install and a temp ftp access. I can assure you none of your data will be lost.

If you are confident about sharing your wp login details, then create a new wp install in a sub domain just for 2 days and send me logins for that wp install and ft access of that temp wp install.
