Crap Freemium Support

Alas, yet another crippled theme–where free users are sent to a mostly moribund crowd-sourced support regimen here on the forums at www.ads-software.com.

My support question is simple, yet, I see others have asked it with zero response.

Because thumbnails won’t publish on the blog post-as-home-page option, the theme is fundamentally useless.

The trend over the past few years has been unfortunately amplified by the monetization of crippled themes and the general refusal of developers to provide support to those willing to test the theme before purchasing.

This cynical practice then gets folded into however it is the developer chooses to cripple the theme.

For Fifteen, here, I can’t award zero stars. But I can say: avoid it at all costs. It is substantially: cripple-ware.
