Crappy support.

I had some issues since I installed this theme and put it down at support forum. But nobody answered about it.
I visited their own website and found they even do not answer at support forum there. What I guess is that they only answer for the premium users. It sucks. I have used various themes, and most of them responses pretty well. Mantra theme function might be good, but if they do not support then it is not worthy anymore.
