Crash!

  • Congratulations! You’ve successfully crashed my site on two of the last two updates! Way to go! Why don’t you take the plugin down until you figure out WHAT THE HELL YOU’RE DOING! I wouldn’t even give one star, but apparently to post a review, I have to post one star! I don’t appreciate plugins that don’t do what the developers say they do and when you update, they DON’T work!

    Sorry to hear that you had problems with our plugin, but could you please be more specific about the crash? I’ve tested the current plugin v.1.8.0 on servers running WordPress v. 4.0, WooCommerce v. 2.2.6 and PHP from version 5.2 to 5.6 – no crash here. Also so far there have been no crash reports from other users (regarding current or previous updates). Again, sorry if our plugin caused all the troubles – we are ready to fix right away…

    We still didn’t get any crash reports and it is still the same version in WordPress repository, with ~1500 new downloads since your crash report. Could you please give any information about the problem? Did this crash happen during update? Would really appreciate any information.
