• 3.1 Update >> (ReadyGraph) Settings >> Delete – caused instantaneous crash of both live and admin site showing too many redirects error.

It didn’t affect the mobile site – and for some reason unknown to me I decided to press the same link there too to the same effect :-/

The site is slpja.co.uk though I’m not sure that will be any use to you.

Any help would be appreciated as I’ve made quite a few changes since my last backup.

Many thanks (for an otherwise great plugin)!

Before I broke it again on the mobile site I deactivated the plugin and that didn’t help.

    Hi there,

Can you please describe what do you mean by redirects? You can’t access the site?

    OK, thanks for your reply.

I managed to get the site live again.

A modesecurity rule had been triggered on my webserver:

“Detects MySQL comment-/space-obfuscated injections and backtick termination”

It thinks the site is being attacked with sql injection.

As a temporary fix I disable Modesecurity and the site went live again.
