CRASH ERROR plugin after update my wordpress

    Hello,

    First thanks for your futur help. I have a bug everyday i received an email telling me that my website crash because the plugin Master Addons for elementor gives the error.

    If some one can el help me i will really apreciated.

    Sometimes, this error may occur when there is an issue with your internet connection preventing communication with Freemius. We suggest trying to resolve the issue by refreshing the page.

    If this does not resolve the problem, please let us know and we will assist you further.

    Hi Sajib,

    Thanks for the quick answer. Unfortunetly this problem happen once time per day, and crash all my website in wordpress puting it in “Rescue Mode”. The only way i found to solve the problem is disable all plugins in my datebate and enable again, and after that the website works again untill the next crash. So if you could help with that i really apreciated because i would like to upgrade in Pro version but still i think the problem will continues

    Sorry to hear about that. Since this issue is new for us and we need to investigate the issue and produce on our end.
    Please go to menu “Master Addons>System Info” tab and click “Active Plugins list like this: https://prnt.sc/Lqh8q2jimOc-

    We need to check all plugins compatibility with version numbers as well.


    Note: If you’re using any Pro plugin(requires self activation license) and it’s on our development stack then it will be hard to find the problem. On this case, please visit description for contact us.

    We’ve just been notified from Freemius, it’s a problem on their latest SDK.

    We’re testing on our end. We’ll push update tomorrow. Everything will be fine.
