  • Hi piercetam,

Thank you for reaching out to us. The issue could be caused by one of the following:

    • Memory limitations.
    • Issues with permalinks.
    • Conflicts with another plugin.

To resolve this, please check the following configurations on your website:

    PHP time limit: 300
    PHP memory limit: 512M

If you’re unsure how to configure these, please contact your hosting provider for assistance. You can also view your current settings by navigating to Tools > Site Health > Info > Server(screenshot).

Next, try resetting your permalinks: Go to Settings > Permalinks. Select a random structure and save it. Revert to the previous structure and save again. You can follow this step-by-step?video guide.

If the issue persists, there may be a conflict on your site. To identify it, please run a conflict test by:

    1. Deactivating all plugins except Elementor and ElementsKit.
    2. Switching to a default WordPress theme.
    3. Checking if the issue is resolved.
    4. Reactivating each plugin one by one, testing after each activation.
    5. Identifying the conflicting plugin or theme.

Hopefully, the issue will be resolved.

    Regards
