We use another portal for support of the full version (if I understand right you are using not the Lite version).
Please update to the latest Full version using the procedure described on the plugin’s website: https://wpdatatables.com/documentation/general/updating-wpdatatables/
If you follow the procedure, tables do not become unusable.
It may happen that for some reason you host auto-updated the Full version to Lite version (we know that happened for some). In this case updating to the latest full version will also solve the problem.
