CRASHED MY SITE, CAN’T GET INTO TO BACK-END NOW TO UNINSTALL. DREADFUL.

  • This plugin crashed my site. I will now have to pay a developer to sort it out.

    Don’t use this plugin unless you want to see a big error message and be unable to even get into your back-end to uninstall this plugin.

    DISASTER. DOWNLOAD AT YOUR PERIL.

    We are sorry that you had trouble with installing our plugin. After you get logged in please update to the newest version of Social Warfare. Be sure to update both the free/core version and the Pro add-on. If you are on an older version you may have to follow these steps to get your Pro version updated:

    Take note of/screenshot any important custom settings. We have had reports of settings getting lost/corrupted when updating from older versions
    Download the most recent zip from https://warfareplugins.com/updates/social-warfare-pro/social-warfare-pro.zip
    Deactivate and delete Social Warfare Pro from your site completely (your settings shouldn’t be lost as they are saved in your site’s database but please see item #1)
    Upload the new zip via Plugins > Add New > Upload and activate it
    Once it’s up to date, all your settings will bounce back and everything should work as expected, and now that you are on the newest version, you should no longer need to manually update.

    If you are already on the newest version (3.4.1) or if you still see this happening after updating, please submit a support ticket by emailing [email protected].
