• This sounded like a great plugin, so I tried it. It seemed like a decent concept, though Jetpack does many of the same functions. But within an hour, two of my three sites denied me access, saying I didn’t have permission. (I immediately uninstalled the plugin from the third, and avoided problems there.) I used WP Central to try to uninstall the WP installation on one of the sites, but that failed. Then I couldn’t do anything with it.

The developer did respond to my ticket, but ultimately wanted access to my cPanel. I don’t know them, and they only have 40K installs, so I declined. I ended up manually deleting the plugin, and everything worked fine after that.

I lost 4 days messing around with WP Central. Maybe you’ll have better luck.

  • Hi,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you sir.

We tried to assist you in every possible way. Since you lost access to your website and were facing issues with removing and re-installing WordPress on the website using both Softaculous and wpCentral and we are also not able to replicate the issue at our end, we had no other option than to ask you for your control panel details.

As you were not willing to provide us with the same, we even suggested for the teamviewer session. We are still here to assist you in any way comfortable to you. But in order to resolve the issue which is occurring only with your websites on your server, we do need something to debug the issue on.

If you still want us to resolve the issue and are willing to arrange for a teamviewer session for the same or whatever way is comfortable to you, please feel free to let us know in your opened ticket with our support.
