Crashed my total comment system

  • I installed this plugin. After that I could find some style issues with my theme, so I just uninstalled this. Even if I uninstalled, when I checked in FTP, there is a folder wpdiscuz in my plugin folder. When I try to delete, I am getting the error “550 The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
    ” It suppose to delete all the files once uninstalled right?
