Crashed My Whole Website

  • We downloaded and installed this on our website.

    We tried to login in with an account with another email. It did not let us log in stating an un-filled out captcha, even though there was no captcha on the login page.

    Then, it signed us out of our admin account. Now, when we try to go to our website, https://www.tradeproacademy.com the website does not load at all. This plug-in completely crashed our whole website.

    We cannot even access our c-panel from our hosting page godaddy.com.

    It attempts to load for several minutes and then the page times out!

    We have years of data in this website so we need your assistance in ridding us of this plugin

    Hello,

    I see you website loading fine, the reCpatcha on login pages appears only when you configured it to appear.

    PR has nothing to do with your Cpanel and other access,.

    It seems like you might had a problem with your hosting.

    Please post your query directly at our own hosted forum in order to get free support!
