Crashed! Need help to restore my blog.

  • Does anyone know how I can retrieve my website?

    Here’s the message I get:

  • You can fix the error by deactivating the Jetpack plugin manually. Go to wp-content/plugins/jetpack, then rename the ‘jetpack’ folder to something else like ‘jetpack-bk’.

    Thanks for the suggestion.

    I tried to do what you suggested, but I can’t get into my blog to deactivate jetpack.

    Is my blog lost forever?

    How did you changed the folder name? Is it via FTP client? If you changed it the error should be gone.
