Crashed site and more..

  • Analytics worked great.. but after my trial (did not need it) it attempted to auto renew and crashed entire site (“critical site error”) unable to access site or admin. Even after being de-activated by my site support, could not be deleted the plugin on the dashboard! Had to go into Filezilla to erase it! Will stay very clear of this dangerous plugin. Good luck!

    sorry about that experience. As I haven’t heard before of anything similar I’m not really sure what you mean when you say “auto renew” and it crashed the entire site? There is no renewal as the plugin is completely free. If you give us some hint that would be greatly appreciated and we’d definitely look into it.
