Crashes Avada Theme in Chrome

    Updating from Slimstats 4.8.4.1 to 4.8.5 crashes the Theme Fusion Avada themes (all versions) in Google Chrome while Firefox is unaffected. The scripts fail, some sliders don’t load, the theme narrows down to the size of a handheld on desktop Chrome browsers. This is an immense bug, and the only remedy was to deactivate Slimstats 4.8.5 to regain access of the Avada themed websites through Google Chrome. A rather immense bug that needs urgent attention.

    Our main website wp-slimstat.com runs on the latest versions of Avada and Slimstat, and as you can see it works as expected. It must be something else. Can you please check your web server error log to see if there’s anything related to Slimstat there?

    Also, do you have a sandbox environment where you could replicate the issue for us, so that I can run some tests? Let’s work together to find and resolve this matter.

    I resolved the matter on all websites related. I reverted back to version 4.8.4.1 and the error ceased. Example error message.

    Another website, where the Avada 5.9 thru 6.0.1 theme falls apart with slimstats 4.8.5.

    Do you have shortcodes in a sidebar on those websites? Which reports are you including as shortcodes?

    Slimstats 4.8.6 and 4.8.6.1 crashes the Theme Fusion Avada 6.0.3 theme again. Same issue with shortcode [slimstat f=’count-all’ w=’ip’][/slimstat]. With Slimstats disable, the problem ceases. Need fix quickly!!!!
