• From about 2 weeks ago, pinpoint booking system which was set to sync with google calendar (was syncing in the way it should) started crashing and shows nothing on booking page and also does not show backend calendar (gives internal server error 500) when google sync is turned ON. The system works fine when the sync is switched OFF from pinpoint settings. I double checked all API settings and keys. Still turning ON google sync will make the system unusable.

    Please Help.

    Hi,

We think the issue is caused because the token has expired/or is invalid. To fix this you will need to reauthorize the sync.
The first step is to delete the google_token from the database in the table dopbsp_settings_calendar. This will trigger the second step, to click on the Google Sync button that will appear on the frontend calendar to authorize the sync.

If this doesn’t work we need to enable the WordPress Debug to see the exact error that appears to investigate further.
