Crashing site and Duplicating Feeds

    After one of the latest updates, the plugin started eating up CPU and crashing the site. It’s creating multiple feeds of the feed we already have. Please advise if the same issue has been reported or if you are experiencing the same thing from your end.

    Hi @gentlemako unfortunately we had a few issues with the original release and there’s been some patches.

    Please make sure you are on 13.3.5.3 and have regenerated your feeds. If it’s still persisting please paste your plugin system info found under Settings->Plugin system info. Thanks!

    Same problem here. I have already delete duplicate feeds and regenerate all my feeds, one of them still stuck and has critical error. In Greece (bestprice) feed, not recogrize nothing and try to create new feed but nothing stuck in 0% and has critical when tried to saw the field mapping.

    Hi @savra19 ideally in future, please start a new topic instead of jumping onto an old one as it’s very hard to catch the message on these forums otherwise.

    Regarding the issue, could you please try updating to 13.3.6 released yesterday and regenerate.

    Hello there,

    It seems like even the new version of the pluguin crashes the page and creates duplicate feeds. It seems like the older versions worked much better, and the more updates this plugin has, the worse it gets. currently we use way older versions that worked fine for our site.
