I was able to recreate the issue on our end now, as well and the same appears to be caused by the following plugin:

    > royal-elementor-addons

I tested it with different PHP versions, however, to no avail, thus, simply disabled it.

Now the website is up and running with Cloudflare CDN Service enabled:

    https://prnt.sc/YjH9QR4YM2cx

I highly advise you to clear the browser`s cache and cookies as well as the local DNS cache so we can make sure that you are not seeing a cached version of the website. We have comprehensive guides on how to perform that action:

As previously discussed, when the plugin is enabled, the website spawns numerous amount of internal requests, even when accessing the home page. Thus, the account’s resource capabilities are exhausted.

The best course of action would be to review the plugin with an assitance of a website developer or directly with the pluing vendor, since it falls outside our scope of expertise.
