Crawler the Moneytizer, how to allow traffic?

Hello,
I need some help to allowing traffic from https://cmp.themoneytizer.com/. I din’t understand where I can add this to a kind of white list. The problem is, this advertising bot checks a consent banner. All would be fine, if I deactivated the spam firewall.
If I make a ping to the url, I get an IP. That IP I added to the white list. But still the bot is answering with an error…
