Crazy Archive Sizes Since Update

On 6.5.14 ( 5th June 14) I did a typical duplicator backup copy I usually do almost daily.

I then updated the plugin as there is a new version available.

I see now that my previous filter defintions were scrubbed.

I rebuilt those definitions to exclude certain directories as required.

The site scan reports a similar but slightly larger file size as to be expected considering the site updates.

When I send the application to the final build stage it runs a long time and does not finish at all. I end up with a blank white site page.

I go back to dashboard and check the packages and the last one created is incomplete and is enormous!

I am not sure what is happening as this only worked a few days previously and I haven’t installed any other plugins.

I am going to have to roll back.

Is anyone else experiencing this?
