Crazy script showing instead of the site

  • A site I created a few months ago is not loading correctly: the site is intecelcr.com and is showing what seems to be a script instead of the site.

    I took a look via godaddy and the files (config.php, index.php) and the database look good.

    Was the site hacked? How do I fix this?

    I do have a DB backup, but not of the files, even though there should be little customization on the site as it was a rather basic install with a free theme and few plugins.

    By the way, apologies if this has been answered. I googled and took a look at a few items in this board but did not find the exact same issue.
