Create a Blog…But not Edit A Wiki?

Love your plugin…very useful for managing a multi-user intranet…but is there a way to have a role create blogs…but not edit wiki. All my options seem to dismiss ‘create a blog’ if I want the Wiki editor off. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
