Create a custom listing/directory

Hi

I would like to create a listing for models for an agency, I would like to custom the layout of the listing page and the model page. I have tried to find a suitable plugin but it always has something missing that I need.

It should contain Categories and ability URL user friendly.

Would anyone help please, or if there are some site that has info to create a listing/directory that would be helpful
