Create a Custom Shipping option

    In a Nutshell…

    i will be selling a specific type of item (clothing) and i need to be able to set my Own(custom) shipping rates for specific countries/zipcodes

    how might i go about doing this. i installed a PAID plugin for USPS but it will not allow me to set a specific shipping rate bases on (product type/class) to specific countries.

    This is what i need to be able to do.
    example-

    T-shirt–Rate-$5.00–USA
    T-Shirt–Rate-$8.00–Canada
    T-Shirt–Rate-$11.00–Italy

    and so on…

    If there is a PAID version of a plugin that offers this type of customization that is completely fine.
