Unfortunately, this feature is not available on OceanWP theme, but you can search in the WordPress repository to find a plugin to do this: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/.

Thanks, it’s a good idea to put code in the child theme’s function.php file. In the page you quote, it’s about customizing the login page. As a result, the changes required to transform the code into a code to create a custom maintenance page are beyond my skills, unfortunately…
