Sorry for the late answer ?? I had to work in another project.
Good that there is that option. I have tried it (add a user in the “Users with access to the messages list”) and I get the no permission page still in the bookings orders, schedule and stats of the related booking form. The url https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=cp_timeslotsbooking&cal=2&list=1 works in admin, as for example, but not for that user.
In our case, some users are removed and some added through the year. We import them with csv with a role. For the booking this will give extra-work and confusion to the person that imports, who is not an editor.
I would need that the capability could be given by role.
And it would be nice to have that each user could see his bookings in all calendars.
I hope my needs result interesting to you to implement and sorry for asking so many things ??
