Create a discount card product

  • Hi,

    I want to create a discount card product that after purchase allows a user to show it on their phone to a shop to receive a discount. The discount card will be valid for 14 days from the user decided start date.

    When the user purchases the product I want them to receive an email which will state their name, the start date and an automatically calculated end date (start date + 14).

    I would also like the user to be able to view the discount card on my wordpress site under their account. I don’t want this to just be a list of orders of which the discount card is one of the items.

    Can anyone recommend the best way to achieve this for both the custom emails and to access it on my site? The discount card will likely be purchased alongside other items from my site (which will also have their own custom email ticket).
