• I am trying to create a jobs section on the recruitment website my wife is running and I stuck with integrating things. I have basically created a candidate registration form using Caldera Forms. And I was planning to add a job board plugin to handle jobs postings and applications. However, I have realised that I actually need to integrate the registration form with job applications. I basically need to make sure that candidates register and create accounts before they can apply for jobs. Ideally, I would like to keep the form I have already created and try to integrate it into a job board. However, if it’s too difficult or impossible I guess I have to go with a job board plugin which can do everything. I just need to make sure that if a candidate applies for a particular job she/he needs to register first. Also if a candidate would like to just submit a CV, it should be also possible to do using the same registration form. In other words, I need a registration and account creation capability integrated into the job board but still separate in case there is no suitable job for a particular candidate at the moment.

  • Creating the form first was a good step but most of those plugins have forms built in. It’s still good ‘thinking time’.

Take things one step at a time using a plugin first… Check this one out https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/simple-job-board/.

I imagine this one will suit your purposes. It most likely requires a registration/join to apply for any of the jobs. And this one seems to allow uploads of resume in various forms.

Have fun and if this one doesn’t suit your purposes then there are others available at the repository.

Thanks a lot for the response. It was one of the plugins I tried yesterday and I cannot find the functionality for candidate registration.
