    Hi, thanks for your question.

When you create an event there are two dates, from date and end date. To create a multi day event put it two different dates e.g. 25 Nov and 30 Nov

in the settings>calendar for the check box for multi day events and check that box.

let me know if you need screen shots etc.

    Hello,

thanks for the answer, but this is not what I mean. This settig creates only a two-day-event. In need a real multi-day-event, several dates for one event, also shown in the calender, too. Is this also possible. If yes, how to do this?

    In example like this:

    Schnuppertour

Duration: ca. 2,5 – 3 hours, Start: 11.00 Uhr Date:

    03. Dezember 2023    ausgebucht!
    16. Dezember 2023    ausgebucht!
    07. Januar 2024    ausgebucht!
    21. Januar 2024
    27. Januar 2024
    11. Februar 2024
    25. Februar 2024

    Plugin Author Alan Fuller

    (@alanfuller)

Sorry I don’t understand your example

    1. Dezember 2023 ausgebucht!
    2. Dezember 2023 ausgebucht!
    3. Januar 2024 ausgebucht!
    4. Januar 2024
    5. Januar 2024
    6. Februar 2024
    7. Februar 2024

because if 3 dec is fully booked, and 6 Jan is not booked then they must be a separate events, not one multi day event, a single multi-day ‘event’ would either be booked or not.

What are you actually trying to show? Perhaps you can further explain what you need.

if you are just wanting link separate events you could use categories and color keys.

    Hi Alan,

I think you should have a look on my current homepage. With the following link you′ll see what I mean with multi-day-event. https://hunsrueck-lamas.de/tour/lamawanderung-gluehweintour/

Actually I design a new homepage in a more modern style, with comfortable booking and booking calender, as I have right now.

My guests should have an small overview on bookable dates and the by using the calender, click on a marked available day for booking a tourdate via a booking formular. Each tour offers bookings for maximum 20 Guests.

I hope this will help understanding whats my intension is

It looks like single day events to me. Each day is separate cost and separate booking and separate limit. Nothing is multi day.

The way I would handle it is set a category of “Lamawanderung Glühweintour” and then add each separated event to that category.

    Then you can use
    for list
    [qem category=’name’]

    and calendar
    [qemcalendar category=”name”]

    on your page
