Create a new action or change the rule

hi .

I want to create a rule that if user want to use their wallet , after the proccess of buy is done and if credit of wallet still have a mount . they cant use the wallet again and its change to 0 .

for example : in my wallet I have 100$ and I buy something by my wallet . after that , in my wallet still i have 10$ .

I want to been 0$ in this case .

it`s just like coupon that every user can use it just one time .
