create a new page

I have been trying to create a new page/category on my website. i have done it before successfully… i am following instructions from when i did it previously – After I’ve duplicated another page in Edit with Elementor , I’m getting the to part where I’m in the query and trying to rename the new category, and it’s telling me “no results found”
