Create a quotation system using wordpress

Hi guys,
This is my first topic in this forum,
I have a specific thing to do, is that, I need to do a Form where the site user could ask for quotation, whene he recieves the quotation, he would have the possibility to validate it and do the command, or to modify his demand and ask for a new quotation.
In his personnal space, he would see the history of all the quotations made.
Is there any plugin that I could use ? or a specific combination of plugins ?
Please help I’m really stuck !
