• I am replacing damaged items, using the same order number. I need to purchase another shipping label for an order; this was a simple process with the old plug-in but no way to do it with the new one. Please advise, or ideally, restore the ability to create another shipping label from the same order.

  • Hello brandonyoundt

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

I understand you’re looking to purchase another shipping label for a replacement order, but this feature isn’t available in the WooCommerce Shipping plugin due to its effect on stock levels and accounting.

One workaround would be to create a new order and apply a 100% discount, which will keep your stock levels accurate.

A feature request has already been submitted for this functionality.
I encourage you to vote and leave feedback here:

    Best regards.

@zubair: a store owner/manager frequently needs to print a 2nd label for an existing order. We’re also still lacking the ability to print return labels. It’s as if the dev team doesn’t understand how a store works and our daily workflow. It’s nonsense to have to waste time duplicating an order just to print a 2nd label when the feature exists in the previous plugin. There was no impact on stock levels and accounting, so why now?
