Create a survey / reserve date / contact form

  • Hi,

    I was wondering if Wpforms can do the following:

    I already created a contact form with WP forms, but I want it to be more of a survey form that flips through a few slides or screens.
    The customer flips through 3 slides of questions, selects a date and time to reserve a meeting, and then a regular contact form.

    Can this be done with WPforms?

    While WPForms Lite doesn’t have the options you’ve mentioned, our paid version does have surveys feature! www.ads-software.com policy prevents us from answering paid license questions here in our forum, but we’d be happy to share more details if you’d please reach out through our contact form.

    However, the flip functionality you’re looking for, currently, we don’t have that feature. I’ve made a note of the feature request and we’ll keep it on our radar as we plan out our roadmap for the future.
