Create a template for soccerteam

Hi everyone. I have create a new page for my soccerteam (www.kransenunited.se). Each player on the site has it own page right now. I’m using the theme Alexandria.
That I want to do is create a template for the squad so I easy can put in or delete players. So when I want to put in a new player to the site I just have to fill the information and upload a picture, then save it. How do I make this template?

Hope you understand my question. I’m swedish.
