Create account from Apple/Google Pay checkout

    Is there a way that when someone checks out using apple pay/google pay that an account can be automatically created? Selling downloadable/digital goods that also generate a license key etc and customers need to download these from their account page once generated.

    We have the option “Allow customers to place orders without an account” unchecked in WooCommerce Accounts & Privacy section, but it appears apple/google pay bypasses this which isn’t good.

    Hey there!

    There’s not currently a way to force creation of user accounts when using those payment methods, as they bypass the WooCommerce checkout entirely (by design).
