Create Additional Leads

    On our site we have a catalog of items. If the user has a similar item they can click the link which brings them to our WP to SF form. When doing this we pass information from the previous page to the new form, title, item number etc.

    When the user clicks submit the Lead is created however if they go to another item and click the link and fill out the form a new lead is NOT created, I assume this is by design to prevent people from clicking the button a bunch of times.

    Is there any way to disable that functionality so it creates and additional lead OR add the new information to their previous lead message?

    You can’t add to leads… the API is write only and no lead ID is returned.

    As for your other issue… I’d need to see the site to determine if that’s possible.
