Create agents automatically

    Hi.
    Is it possible for support agents to be assigned automatically depending on the role in wordpress?
    For example: I want all the users “editor” in WordPress, to be “agents” in Support Candy. Without having to assign them one by one from the backend.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to assign users as agents automatically depending on the WordPress role. You have to manually add them as agents in the Support Agent setting.
