Create archives in pages

    Goodmorning Michael,

    Is there a way of creating archives within pages? I have a page called “Destinations” and under that a subpage “Asia” and it has a subpage “Thailand” and “Malyasia”. Now, it would be great if I could create a list of archives from that specific topic in the different pages. Like, when you go to Asia, you’ll find an achive of the latest post or pages from Asia with thumbnail (instead of an empty page).

    Is it possible to do this?

    Hello Miriam,

    instead of pages you should create categories. If you assign posts to a category, you will have automatically a category archive with a url of e.g: adventurousmiriam.com/category/thailand.

    You can also create subcategories. But this is not related to the theme. That are just basic WordPress features.

    Thank you so much, Michael, it really helped with the categories. I found a plugin called Page Links To and this made it very easy.
