create automated popups from a csv-file

Hello,

I want to create a lot of popups with data from a csv-file. But I can’t find a plugin for this. I found plugins for csv-import to create sites but not for popups. And I found plugins to create popups but without the options csv-import.

Does someone know a plugin with this functionality? Is there the possibility to combine two plugins? Or it is a option to work with plain database import? Has someone experience with that?
