Create Backup System – How to daily backup?

Hello all,

I am very new to the word press platform and would like to ask how one does a backup of a wordpress website and database? I know how to copy the database files, I know how to copy the website files, but this takes a long time and I am just asking if there is a way or plugin that can do this on a sceduled basis? Also, being new, is there also a way to revert back a day or undo changes or issues in the event of hacking or any other issues that may arise?

I am just looking for any security measures I can take to better help my websites and my customers moving forward.
