Create Catagories for all blogs

    I am looking for an easy way to create the same categories with the same ids across all the blogs on my install.

    Is there an easy way to do this?

    I am not very good my mysql but i am sure there is some way to get it to do it.

    any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • That’s… not how it works.

    I’m assuming you want them all to have the same ID because of the theme you;re using?

    site 1

    dog – id 1
    bird – id 2

    site 2

    dog – id 1
    bird – id 2

    As Andrea hinted, why do you need them to have the same IDs?

    I’m not entirely sure you can do this easily. MAYBE copying the tables between sites, but that’s iffy.
