Create Collapsible Folder within Directory

Hi, I’m trying to display a directory that also includes folders within the directory. What edits to the plugin do I need to make in order to represent the folders and the files (links) within them and display them correctly on the page?

I’d prefer if the folders can be visible and collapsible within the file listing.
