Create custom form help needed

i was able to create a custom form from the document….thank you!

after the form has been filled out on the website they hit submit and an email is sent to me. The email does not have any of the questions or answers in it. I tried following the instruction related to mail-tag but its not working. Can someone please provide detailed instructions?

Here is what i created in the form field but now i need the questions and answers to reflect in the email once submitted…please help!

[textarea your-message] </p>

<p>What topic(s) would you like to see in future blog posts?
[textarea your-message] </p>

<p>What could we add to the site that would help you more?
[textarea your-message] </p>

<p>Would you consider the purchase of training materials?

[textarea your-message] </p>

<p>Your Name (required)
[text* your-name] </p>

<p>Your Email (required)
[email* your-email] </p>

<p>[submit “Send”]</p>

Can someone please assist with the question above…need some help here.

@rblea24 You should include all field IDs in the “Mail” section of the email. For example, if you have a field [textarea your-message], you need to add [your-message] somewhere in the Mail body content.
