Create custom login slug prior to installation

Is it possible to set the custom login URL in the plugin’s files, prior to installation? I’d like to deploy this to ~ 125 sites, and it would save a lot of time if I could unzip the plugin, edit a file, and change the default ‘login’ slug to my desired slug. I’d then zip the files back up, and mass deploy the plugin.
