‘Create feed’ just hangs on ‘etsy category’ pop up window

    Hello. As my title suggests, everything goes fine with setting this up until I have to pick an etsy category in the ‘create feed’ section. When clicking in the ‘Click here to select your category’ the popup just hangs on a circle animation.
    Very frustrating. I guess it’s not connecting to Etsy.

    Can you help?

    Latest version of WordPress
    Woocommerece 3.2.1
    your plugin – 1.2.7
    Tested on latest version of OSX via chrome
    tested on latest build on Windows 10 with firefox and chrome

  • I used to face that but before the latest update. At that time, I contacted the support team at ExportFeed through Live chat and after some time got an email for the solution. If you want you can follow my path for troubleshooting ??
    btw, @stephendew & @terre-terre are you facing this issue on the latest version?
